No Refunds All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchases made at CottonWood Threads.
In-Store Exchanges Only We are happy to offer exchanges for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of purchase. Exchanges must be made in person at our store location and are subject to availability.
Exchange Requirements:
- Item must be in original condition with tags attached
- Must be exchanged within 14 days of purchase
- Original receipt required
- Exchanges are for store credit or equal/lesser value items only
- Sale and clearance items are final sale with no exchanges
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will assess the issue and provide an exchange if the item is found to be defective.
